After my initial contact I had 2 weeks of hightend anxiety over my triarge call. After opening my self up to a complete stranger I was told I can't use the service because I drink too much. Instead I was referred out to a service called inspire.
This has waisted so much time. The initial call made could have asked about drinking and saved the two weeks of anxiety and an hour phone call.
This made me feel even worse and made my self esteem and self worth even lower that before. I wasn't suicidal before, but I am much closer to it now.
