"Excellent care of daughter as an inpatient"

(as a parent/guardian),

I would like to thank all the multi disciplinary team who jointly looked after my daughter throughout her recent admission to Lomond ward. I appreciated the staff's support from the very beginning of her admission to her discharge home. The excellent support for our family and my daughter and it helped knowing she was well looked after and Dr Howsen and his team had her best interests at heart. Special thanks to Rachel, Gary and Mya.  You will never know how much you helped us.  The individualized care was fitted around her interests to help motivate her and help her improve.

Dear Catcyclist mum,

I would like to thank you for posting your lovely feedback for the team in Lomond Ward. Your words are so kind and the team will be overwhelmed to hear that your daughter felt supported from admission to discharge.

It is especially welcome to hear that, as a family you were given the best support possible and that you felt your daughter received individualised care and she was well looked after. You also mention the staff who went above and beyond and this will absolutely make their day! I shall make sure I send your feedback to the whole team as it goes to affirm the reasons they do what they do on a day to day basis.

On behalf of myself and the team, we would like to wish your daughter the very best of recoveries and thank you once again for sharing such positive feedback.
