"Thank you for everything"

The staff from start to finish are so kind and caring. Having these procedures are very nerve racking. I suffer with anxiety which also doent help but for the start meeting the pre op nurse she reassured me explained the procedure and any possible complications carried out tests blood pressure kept asking if I was ok checked that I understood everything clearly and made sure if I didn’t understand anything she can go through it. I was not rush through this at all which gave me a good chance to regulate. There’s a really nice vibe in the unit staff all helping each other and the kindness and care shone through. There was relaxing music in the background another thing that helps. Once in the room to have my procedure again the staff were brilliant explaining everything and very reassuring not rushing and everything nice and calm. The team in this unit are fantastic and go above and beyond to care help and reassure all the patients. Thank you so very much for everything toda.
