"Don't listen"

Completely ignored me talking about my mental health, told to do CBT even though I had been doing it for 4 years with no results, told me unless I was self harming or planning suicide it wasn't that important and refused to listen when I said I need help now otherwise that would happen. Didn't bother asking for my opinion or experiences with anything and completely dismissed me. Plus, a 30 minute way outside in the 5 degree temperature because my doctor was 30 minutes late to the appointment.
