A crew from Bournemouth hospital came to visit my elderly mother today. The team consisted of Jonathan cash, tessa down and Kelly Bateman. My mother who is partially blind and hard of hearing called her GP who advised that an ambulance she attend her. She was feeling sickly, nauseous and dizzy. They arrived and methodically went through an analysis of her symptoms whilst conducting obs such as pulse, blood pressure, ecg etc. they spent a total of 2 hours and gave some really good advise about vertigo, Menderes disease and helped calm my mother down. They were professional, caring, patient and an absolute credit to both our NHS and the south west ambulance team. Many many thanks for your time and professionalism - mother and son
