Just booked a blood test and the receptionist was incredibly helpful, friendly and polite, and checked details about the test for me. I know this should always be the case but it isn't, so it's worth mentioning🙂 The receptionists at Priory have had a lot of bad press recently so it was lovely to have a really positive experience.
