I have had a few reasons to contact the surgery in the last year or so, for myself and my family. I have been through the triage system, seen by a GP the same day, if necessary and referred on accordingly. If after triage I wasn't needed to be seen, my questions and concerns have been listened to and appropriate help and advice put in place. Follow up contact has happened as they said it would to ensure my ongoing care.
