Good: Doctors are good.
Bad: You never get to see the doctors.
Ugly: Surgery is run by staff that thinks they are the owners of some shop and patients are beggars. Appoints can only be made by phone on the day by calling at 8am. However, that's when all lines get busy. By the time you get through, appoints are gone. All appoints are for phone call only. You still cannot book face to face appoints. You cannot book for future date either. Reception staff decides whether to book you an appoint with a doctor or nurse. Patients have no say in it.
Awful, awful, awful service.
