About: Oak Tree Health Centre

I recently made a phone call about my new medication. The receptionist was extremely rude to me. She was condescending, in-polite and constantly interrupting me. She was very inefficient with my new medication as she couldn't even see it in my details. She implied I was selfish and disorganised - baring in mind she can see on my details that I suffer with low mood & anxiety, these comments she made has a huge impact on me - ironic right! After that phone call I was holding in tears, I got a lump in my throat and felt very anxious. I don't wish to call the surgery again because of they way I was spoken to. The GP's are great and provide an amazing service, it's a shame the receptionists are like this. It seems like they don't want to assist with your health. I now feel very uncomfortable with contacting Oak Tree Health Centre.

I really hope something can be sorted / the receptionists get spoken to about their social skills.
