"Dreadful"

Reception staff on arrival so rude. All paperwork incorrect, including showing next of kin as husband deceased, incorrect address and a doctor and surgery who hadn't even heard of!! Post from then went to old address. I advised of correct details 4 times.

After surgery asked for a bed pan, after an hour somebody came and was asked if I could hold on another 10 minutes!!

No bowl given to be able to wash or clean teeth. Was told on 3rd day I would be given a perching stool to be able to have a shower. Nothing came. Asked a make nurse who didn't even know what a perching stool was!!! Eventually one was brought so I was able to was at sink and finally clean teeth after 3 days.

Far better treatment from an NHS hospital. Don't come here!!!
