(as a service user),

 I recently had the good fortune to undertake a period of counselling for long term depression at IAPT Ealing.  I cannot give praise and thanks enough to my counsellor Eunice for her calm and welcoming demeanour, her perceptive questions and non-judgemental responses. 

   Within a very short time of first meeting any unease I had about seeking counselling soon dissipated and the entire time I spent with Eunice has been encouraging, liberating and rewarding, for which I am very grateful.

   Additionally, all other staff members I met at IAPT Ealing were welcoming and kindly. All in all my experience has been very happy and beneficial thanks to this really amazing organisation.

We understand that starting any therapy can be daunting for anyone, but it is great to hear the benefits you got from counselling with Eunice.
