"My experience"

I went in initially for a consult about the pill and having my implant removed. Leanne who i spoke to on the phone was wonderfully helpful, very kind and extremely friendly whilst also providing all the information I'd asked for. She got me my appointments and was fantastic. I then had Jane for both my pill consultation and my implant removal. I also had a full check up and, being a sexual assault survivor, i was extremely nervous, but Jane made me feel as comfortable as you can and made it a positive experience. Unfortunately, at my check up, an STI was discovered which was a horrible shock to me and my partner. On my return for treatment, i had another practioner whom i don't remember the name of, but she was helpful enough. Then ive gone in for my final swab and came full circle back to Leanne. My experiences with my GP have been awful, so I was extremely nervous that the practitioners here would be the same. They're all wonderful, friendly, and approachable. Considering the circumstances in which we meet them, in my experience, they make you feel comfortable and I'd happily go back to them with any other related appointments. I hope when my partner and I are trying for a baby that we can have Jane and Leanne again, as I know I'd be in the best of hands. They should be congratulated
