"Caring and professional paramedics"

About: Northern Ireland Ambulance Service / Emergency ambulance response Western Health & Social Care Trust

(as a relative),

After a very scary evening on Sunday passed. I just wanted to thank WHSC emergency services. A paramedic and paramedic technician who attended my mother in such a rapid, caring and professional manner. Noel and Joe, you made my mother more at ease and also us. You were just amazing and saved mummys life. We cannot thank you enough for your care and compassion, especially on such a busy night. You both are amazing at what you do, not only your professionalism but your whole demeanour. We hope this message reaches you both somehow and you know you have made a lasting impact to us all. Thank you.

Dear EmmaQ21

Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience with us. We are always grateful for any feedback offered by our Service Users however it is particularly special when it is provided after such a serious episode of illness 'you were just amazing and saved mummys life'.

Thankfully the crew who arrived with your family were able to assess the situation very quickly, offer the clinical treatment required and also ease your mums fears with their calm, professional manner. I would very much like to share your compliments with Noel and Joe however would require a few more details to enable me to identify them. If you would be prepared to discuss, please contact me on amanda.sweetlove@nias.hscni.net.

I hope your mum is recovering well and feeling a lot better.

Kind regards

Amanda
