"Phone waiting times"

The care you receive here is great but getting through to the surgery is impossible. I regularly am waiting for up to an hour to get an appointment and usually give up despite having various outstanding issues I need to speak to a Doctor about. I have also had to fight to get in person appointments for both of my children to be seen. I know it is busy but please sort out the reception. As a working mum of two I do not have the time in the day to spend hours waiting for a receptionist.
