I think today’s appointment with the heart failure team was my fifth since I had started as a patient, and I think I have met with the whole team now. I can’t say enough about how professional and caring they are, and how they follow through with what they say they will do.

Having heart problems is scary enough for most people, but the team certainly have made the treatment as easy and acceptable as they possibly could!  Appointments are usually every 2 months and then phone calls in between, and all the time they put me at ease as much as possible, many thanks.

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide feedback on our service. I am genuinely pleased you find the team professional and caring and that we are able to put you at ease and offer reassurance.

It is particularly useful, since our main focus is to provide comprehensive care that takes some of the fear out of a heart failure diagnosis and it seems we may have achieved this.
