I would like to say thank you to the Radiotherapy team who were wonderful throughout my care, they were all very kind during my treatment. The receptionist at the Sunrise Centre, was very nice when I was checking in for my Radiotherapy appointments. The people that looked after me, the dietitian KT was very helpful, as well as Ingrid, who helped me my physio - I wouldn't want to do without them when going through my treatment - they were a life line, positive, helpful, giving me lots of information which is key when you are trying to get eating again.
When I was on Lowen ward, the catering team, particularly , they were all very helpful in giving me anything that could help get me started with eating again after my nasal gastro tube was removed, they were very kind and encouraging - whatever they could do to help me, they did.
Dr Endean in Rheumology took a lot of time to talk to me about my treatment and to find what was right to help me with spinal fractures.
Dr Sulieman, in the Mermaid Centre, she spoke to me on the phone and was also very nice to me throughout my care.
