(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Very good service.  It meant the trauma of a very long wait in A&E could be avoided.  Also avoided a prolonged and stressful stay in hospital waiting for a care package to be sorted out.

It is very beneficial to be have hospital level care at home. it is best to be looked after by your own carers and your own loved ones when possible.

Our service allows us to provide excellent care in a persons own home and also reduces the pressure on Our very busy hospital.

I am very glad that our service provided a successful alternative type of care for you.
