"They went above and beyond"

About: Older People’s Services / Hospital at Home Northern Sector

(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

I am the husband of the patient and I cannot express how glad I was to have the help of these nurses and doctors.  These incredible workers went above and beyond what anyone could expect.  These people are not just nurses and doctors, they are angels in uniforms.  I wish to thank them from myself and the family, we are forever grateful.

Please never stop this service!

Firstly I would like to thank you for the feedback received and also to apologise for the delay in a response.

Normally when postings are received a member of the team would respond directly, However as they are extremely busy during these unprecedented times I have been asked to convey their heartfelt gratitude to you.
