"Rude attitude"

after getting messages from surgery to make flu jab appointment I rang today, got cut off 4 times then finally got through only to be put in a queue for 32 mins. when answered was told by the rudest person was they did not have any, I asked then when will they have some and how will I know. She said that she didn't know and that I would have to respond faster. I'm a pensioner and I could not believe the flippant way she spoke to me, I was livid.The attitude of this person showing absolutely no respect to patients sucks.
