In the last 3 weeks I have been to the Down Hospital for 2 different procedures and I can honestly say that everyone was lovely. I had to have a colonoscopy, I was quite anxious but all the staff made me feel calm and when the procedure couldn’t be completed because of the pain, they were lovely. I then had to have a CTC, a CT colonoscopy scan, 3 weeks later and again all the staff were helpful, reassuring and just lovely. You could feel that they were lovely because they enjoyed their work and not because they had to. I’ve been to hospitals and in hospitals a lot and I could honestly say the staff in the Down Hospital were the best. Thank you Miriam
