I came to Daisy Hill Hospital's Emergency Department where I was diagnosed with sepsis.
The Emergency Department was busy busy. I spent 3 nights in A&E before getting a bed and being moved up onto the Male Medical Ward. The ED staff were all 100%. They were all very courteous and accommodating. My bed was behind the Doctor's desk so had plenty of good communication!
Up on the ward it has again been very good. The staff have all been brilliant - they really are trying their absolute best with the large workload. I really couldn't single out any staff member in particular, so I would like to say thank you to the whole team who have been absolutely brilliant.
I have no improvements to suggest - I understand the immense pressures each and every staff member is under and at the end of the day it's not a hotel.
"Thank you to the whole team"
