"Outstanding Outpatient Service"

I had a referral appt today at 1.45pm in Dermatology to diagnose suspected Carcinomas. I was seen on time, waited 20 mins, then had 2 scraped and 1 incision removal and was back out by 3.15. The service, friendliness, and efficiency from EVERYONE was brilliant. Under the current pressures, a big thank you NHS!!!
