Excellent service, delivered with compassion and care it realy means a lot to be able to see our loved one at this difficult time.

Helen has been absulutely amazing so helpful going that extra mile, cant thank you enough.

Dear Veigh21,

My name is Máire and I'm part of the Patient and Client Experience team that rolled out Virtual Visiting in the Trust.

I want to say thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience and the difference it made to you in a difficult time. We know that when we aren't able to see our loved ones, it can be an anxious and stressful time, and I'm glad that being able to use the service helped alleviate that.
