They have prescribed double doses of epilepsy medication by “mistake”. They tell you that they have booked telephone appointments that never happen, you can’t get through to speak to anyone within 30 minutes and when you do speak to someone all they do is make excuses. Nobody seems interested in running a successful practice. This problem has been going on since well before COVID but they are using that as an excuse as to why they can’t operate properly.
