"Very organised and professional "

About: Airedale General Hospital

Visited A&E this morning, within minutes was seen by first nurse taking details and doing relevant checks, had a five minute wait and was called in again for blood testing. Waited again for ten minutes and then called in with Neurologist who was polite, professional and very clear.

I was treated with respect and kindness and never felt a burden or rushed. Appointment was arranged with specialist for me with clear instructions.

In the midst of what is a difficult time for the NHS , this hospital is struggling with the overwhelming amount of patients. The staff care and want to help but the system is letting them down. Thank you for the care I received this morning.

Thank you very much for your wonderful feedback regarding the care you received by all staff in the Emergency Department at Airedale General Hospital.

It is always gratifying to receive comments of appreciation which, amidst the constant pressures in the NHS, are a real boost to staff morale.
