(as a service user),

I am an extremely difficult patient to bleed and have had many negative experiences over the years resulting in a needle phobia.  I attended the Medical Day Unit and my nurse Caroline was absolutely amazing, put me at ease immediately and was so reassuring. She managed to complete the procedure first time. It was painless and no bruising at all afterwards which is a first for me. Thank you so much.
