I cannot say how helpful this service has been for me. At a time when one feels so alone the support and kindness received makes you feels that you are not a failure. CBT for me works perfectly and helps me understand how to manage my unwanted thoughts. I now feel I have the tools to manage any lapses and am confident to recognise my trigger points. Excellent service and much appreciated. My case worker was brilliant, patient, understanding, listened and I felt I could open up very easily to her.
