"Sky is the Limit"

Every day I wake up and I think about and look forward to going to the gym so that I can push myself to the limit. When I am in the gym, I feel more power and the sky is the limit. I feel like I am supported, I feel safe and all the staff are nice and supportive and they give me positive encouragement.

I'll say I can't do something and they help me to try it (can't doesn't exist in their dictionary!). On the whole, all staff members are very helpful and are making it an enjoyable experience and helping me to recover.
