"Excellent care in A&E"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Accident & Emergency

(as the patient),

Attended A&E due to chest pain, breathlessness and heart palpitations following a viral chest infection. Attended under instruction of GP and NHS 24. Could not fault staff at all- everyone I encountered SNs, CSWs, porters, radiographers and doctors were lovely and helpful! I was kept in the loop about what was happening and told the results of any investigations as they got them. I felt well cared for and left several hours later with some answers and prescriptions and in a better state than when I went in! Dr Kimberly was fab- thanks again!!

Dear JMH2671

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback in regards to your experience of attending the Accident & Emergency Department of the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.

I'm glad the staff kept you in the loop throughout your journey and you felt well cared for.

I will be pleased to pass on your comments to all the staff involved especially Dr Kimberly who I'm sure will be delighted to hear they made such a difference.

I hope your recovering well and thanks again this means a lot to the staff.

Kind regards

Kevin
