"Amazing and helpful staff"

I was on Ward 230, DCN Edinburgh  overnight and must say what a delight all of the staff were.  From Joseph proudly showing me my lovely room to all of the nurses who couldn’t do enough to help, in particular, Josh who was amazing and so helpful.  He was so good at making me feel confident in my stay.  Even though there was a bit of a mix up over my treatment which was down to misunderstanding between departments, my stay was very positive and the situation is being rectified quickly.  Thank you all.
