"Helpful and caring"

I've been a patient here for decades; every encounter leaves me feeling really well looked-after. I've avoided serious illness after proactive screening picked up a problem early, and doctors have pushed to get me the specialist checks they thought I needed. Admin can be a bit clunky at times - still paper forms in an electronic age - and it's awkward that e-consult is closed outside surgery hours. But all involved are helpful, flexible and caring, and I really feel I'm in good hands here.
