"Caring and Professional Practice"

I attended a pelvic and internal ultrasound scan and the entire procedure took only 40 mins. The staff member who took the ultrasound was so kind and reassuring during both scans. She was positive and informative at the same time when responding to my questions and I felt safe and heard as a patient because of this. If I ever have to come back for a scan again, I hope she is there. Thankyou for being so kind and caring during a time of worry.
