"Praise for all of the staff"

Just want to thank and praise the staff at Victoria Hospital, Kirkaldy.

It was my first visit to the hospital and from asking directions from the very friendly and informative receptionist right up to the specialists conducting my treatment, I was treated with respect, good humour and the utmost professional care!

I cannot thank them enough for putting me at ease, taking the time to ensure I understood what was going to happen.

The endoscopy procedure, that for me was quite a gruelling process for over one hour, through out it I I was looked after in the most professional and compassionate manner.

A simple thank you doesn’t do them justice, I am extremely grateful to them.
