(as the patient),

I would like to thank all the midwifes at CAH for their excellent care during my labour and the compassion they showed towards myself and my partner during and after birth. I would also like to thank the community midwife team special mention to Diane and student midwife Hannah who cared for us all after birth. They both made the journey very enjoyable and no question was to much. Keep up the fabulous work. Xx
