All of the Doctors and staff members at this practice offer a high quality service. They truly care about their patients, they do not rush you despite being extremely busy. Their kindness and understanding in relation to my daughters needs is truly appreciated. They have worked at the frontline throughout COVID 19 and advised people over the phone who have been extremely anxious about this virus. The Colville Surgery is an example of wonderful practice in our community and should be commended for this. It's a safe place when people are feeling ill, frightened and vulnerable. Our family cannot thank them enough.
