"Fantastic service"

A few weeks ago I found a small lump and had also noticed some colour changes to my skin. I felt nervous and very worried so called the Health Centre on Frederick Street and within an hour someone called Mark called me back. He was very reassuring and spent time listening to my concerns before offering an appointment. I’ve now been seen him twice and on both occasions he has been knowledgeable, friendly and reassuring whilst I received treatment. His amazing care is a credit to the NHS and I just want to say “thank you”.
