I have seen a hand ful of people the first 2 times where okay but recent one was not helpful with what was said as in other words I was bored and had nothing to do. I was shocked I admit I agreed but I refuse that person in future. I suffer with asd and anxiety so I do need reassurance alot. I do not have anyone to talk to about health needs in family or friends. And if I'm concerned about something and start to panic should I not feel like I can talk to people who can help or reassure ?
