You can book via Klinik (whatever that is) or the mis-named patient access. The former told me online enquiries were disabled, the latter that there were no online appointments available, receptionists only book emergency appointments. I guess whatever I have will have to get much worse before I become an emergency or die. Who cares? Maybe the doctor writing the death certificate who will undoubtedly explain to my family that I should have sought help earlier. I am very angry at this shambolic pile of excuse for a health centre. This is not an isolated incident. The same happened a year or so back, and when discussing with a receptionist (refuserist would be a better name) was told there was nothing they could do (after telling me no appointments were available in the system (yes another misnomer). I am fed up with it, over 30 years ago I could get an appointment to see a qualified and caring practitioner within a couple of days. Today, it is ‘talk to the hand’ because the practice seems to be spending the whole time thinking of new ways to deter people. I know it doesn’t have to be like this as a friend in another part of Bucks praises his surgery to the high heavens. Sadly though I am stuck here with this bunch of no-hopers, which curiously, also describes me.
"Unbelievably bad"
