"Disgusting Service"

Called 111 as had a sick 4yr old. Was asked to visit this surgery despite living in Gosport. Was called at 19:26 by the practice telling us to come in. By the time we arrived there they were closed! The lady knew where we were travelling from and knew we needed urgent care but let us drive the 30 mile journey knowing that they closed at 19:30. How I was supposed to get my daughter from Gosport to Petersfield in 4 minutes is a mystery. Vile service for out of hours. Made my daughter sit in a car for over an hour which achieved absolutely nothing. Livid.
