"Very rude nurse at triage "

About: Heartlands Hospital

I understand that it was a very busy day at the department,I went in with a bloated stomach, stomach cramps, pressure down below and stinging and burning.

I went in at 04:10 in the morning was seen by the nurse at about 6:27 then back in the waiting area I didn’t mind waiting but sting on the metal chair with that pain was hard but I still waitred patiently,at bout 10:30 I went out to stretch my legs when I got back I sat down I was feeling very light headed ,sweating, and pain in the left side at first I thought it’s ok it’s not to worry but I started to Get really hot I walked to the reception and asked her to speak to the nurse. Now here’s what I was very disappointed with I knocked the door 1s twice and the third time the triage nurse come out shouting “we’re with a patient “ ok so I sat down waited again then she brings the patient out and calls in the next one not even asking me how could she help or what’s the problem, I still sat patiently then she brings that patient out and calls the next one while I’m standing right by the door then I excused her and told her my problem but she just went on saying u should take a seat and wait for the doctor I then said agin “I’m not feeling to good” all she had to say was sit down and wait then discharged my self.

I’m very disappointed at this hospital, I have a child who has disabilities and I never take him here even tho it’s the closest to me.

I do not recommend this hospital to any one the lack of care and issues u have in this hospital u would not have anywhere else.
