"A nice surprise"

When I arrived for my scan I was surprised to find the service was housed in a log cabin in a business village. The initial impression from the outside was not the hospital type of feeling that I was expecting. However from the moment I entered the building I was impressed by the very clean and tidy reception area and the calm, relaxing atmosphere. I was met at the door and after a couple of routine questions I was shown to a seat where I waited for just a minute or two before being invited into the ultrasound scanning area. The lady who showed me to a bed and explained what she needed me to do to prepare was very careful to preserve my dignity and privacy while I partially undressed. She introduced me to the gentleman who was to do the scan. He too was very considerate and quick and efficient. I was on the bed for a total of about three minutes then sent on my way. The whole experience was completely stress free and I felt relaxed in the hands of the very professional team. I would certainly encourage anybody to use this service if they were in need.
