I were offered an additional worker who worked with me just around looking for work. He worked for the same organisation so I was pleased to be able to be open and honest about my struggles and concerns. He didn’t judge me like job centre and was really knowledgable about employment and sympathetic to getting me into a job that no one else believed I could do. I used to meet him every week and some days I couldn’t go due to some personal issues, but it was fine, I wasn’t made to feel like I had done anything wrong. Instead I felt like back to a normal person by Michael, I could make my own decisions again, and started believing in myself.

I will never forget his way of reflecting with me and making me believe in my self again. It’s been a few years now, and I am still off the gear, got my income steady. Ready for my next Steps in life.

Firstly, I'm so pleased to read how well you are doing in your recovery. I appreciate how challenging it must have been to get back on track, especially after reading that you had lost belief in yourself.

I'm really glad to hear that our employment team and Michael were able to not just show you that they believed in you, but also helped you to do that again too. I will make sure that they get to read the feedback you have left about them and the support that they provided. Its so important that we find work that we enjoy doing and want to do, and I'm really happy to hear that this has become a reality for you.

I hope that you continue to enjoy and do well in your job and that you keep believing in yourself and your abilities.
