Asked for repeat steroid injection waited 8 days for doctor to call, said reception would call with appointment no call back rang myself to arrange. Problem with wrist doctor rang saw me straight away, thankyou. Rang problem with scalp, telephone call back 10 days later. Sought private treatment in meantime, prescription medication given, ongoing treatment. Eight and ten day call backs are unacceptable needs to improve.

Thank you for your feedback and we realise this is a late response but felt it we needed to address it. We are sorry you did not receive a call back when promised and realise how frustrating it must have been and that you didn't receive a call back on another issue in a timely manner for which we also apologise. We note that you did see a GP in a timely manner and thank you for the positive feedback. We try hard to provide a good service but do accept there are times when this has not been achieved.
