"Thanks!"

About: Northern General Hospital

I went to A&E on the advice of 111 due to some chest pain and shortness of breath I was having. The waiting times were pretty long but as I wasn't actually collapsed on the floor this was to be expected - there were several ambulances arriving during the wait and more serious patients to see so it's understandable! Despite how busy the department was, the support worker, triage nurse and emergency doctor I saw were all incredibly kind and comforting and the medical care I received was brilliant. I appreciate the pressures the staff are under and how hard working and positive they are despite this. Thank you so much for looking after me, anyone leaving a negative review clearly has no insight into what it's like working in healthcare. You are all fab.
