My GP referred me for a urgent orthopaedic appointment 13 months ago, due to both of my shoulders suffering from severe wear and tear, bone on bone and no membrane left (following x-rays). 

Someone called me in June to ask if I still needed an appointment and I said “yes”. I understand the NHS is busy with covid and waiting times are longer. But I would appreciate if someone could please help me, as I cannot sleep with the pain and would really value seeing a consultant.
