I am sure they are often the unsung heroes of healthcare but I give five gold stars and 10/10 to all the catering staff servicing ward 43 Victoria Hospital Kirkcaldy.
Every morsel of food was hot (where appropriate), tasty, properly cooked, no mushy vegetables. There was a wide choice with long periods before the food was on again. Salads were superb. I will miss them now I am home. And the Scotch pies - so good I was looking for a referee to throw them at ;-)
