"Disappointing "

Went childrens A&e with 3 year old son with ear infection,pus is pouring out of ear,at 9 am,not a single doctor checked him, nurse took observation and send to bager clinic. When I asked why doctors cant check him they told they share doctors with adult A&e and doctors are busy.when that nurse said this 3 doctors were sitting there and my son only patient.they send me to bager clinic appointment was at 11.30, when I reached bager nurse was shocked see his ear, within 2 mts doctor came to our car and checked his ear and said ear drum perforated as came back with precription.consultation finished in 5 mts. Nurses and doctors need to understand how bad if they come with kids to A&e, just need to spare 5 mts to listen rather than checking phones.

Poor pratice, need to close children A&e if no doctors.
