"Impossible to get help"

The surgery has one doctor currently. It is completely oversubscribed and badly managed. It can't cope as a functioning medical practice for the surrounding area. It is impossible to get to see an doctor or even get a call back. If your elderly and unable to get online you are going to find it impossible and will be left to fend for yourself. You will be batted away at reception to call 111. Or you will be advised to go to a walk in centre. Again if you are elderly, immobile or ill thats the last thing you need with a minimum wait of 4 - 5 hours just to get antibiotics. I'm genuinely horrified this practice is still running as it is. No care for the elderly! The NHS is on its knees
