"Support given"

About: Intellectual Developmental Disabilities /Learning Disability Services - Community / Intensive Community Assessment & Treatment Team - ICATT (North & South)

(as other),

ICATT supported with transitioning back into accessing the community and accessing day service since school finished during the pandemic. They had struggled with the routine change during the pandemic and it was hard to engage in any activities.

It was great to have the support from Gareth and Becky.

Now attending day service twice a week and we are looking to increasing that to more days.

Hi ST1

Thank you for leaving such lovely feedback. I will share it with the team.

I am glad that Gareth and Becky were able to help you with re-introducing activities.

I hope that things continue to improve.

best wishes

Bridget
