My mum has been staying on ward 15 second floor at the MRI. Your colleagues have shown so much empathy, warmth and wonderfulness. You have treated her with respect, dignity and warmth thank you so much for taking such good care of her. She has lung cancer but you continue to treat her medically, carrying out all tests whilst chatting to her. Thanks for not giving up on her. You truly are fab x

Dear Tracey, thank you for your positive comments posted on the NHS website regarding the care your Mum is receiving at Ward 15, Manchester Royal Infirmary. It was very kind of you to take the time to write and compliment the staff as it is always good to receive positive feedback which reflects the hard work and dedication of our team. It was reassuring to read that you feel the staff are treating her with warmth, dignity and care and chatting to her to put her at her ease whilst carrying out tests. I can assure you that we have passed on your thoughts to the Head of Nursing who will share your comments the staff involved and we wish your Mum a quick recovery. The Patient Experience Team.
